2. Description of Service

Once Upon Their Name provides AI-generated personalized bedtime stories for children. Stories are created using inputs you provide (child's name, age, interests, etc.) and delivered through our web platform.

3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

• New users receive 3 free personalized stories with no credit card required.
• After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (monthly or lifetime).
• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on monthly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello@onceupontheirname.com for a full refund. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — generating personalized bedtime stories for children in your care. You may not:

• Reproduce or resell generated stories for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI system
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Share account credentials with persons outside your household

6. Intellectual Property

Stories generated through our Service are for your personal, non-commercial family use. Once Upon Their Name retains rights to the underlying platform, prompts, and AI systems. You retain the right to use, print, and share generated stories for personal family enjoyment.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and family bonding purposes. While we design our prompts to produce age-appropriate, wholesome content, AI outputs can occasionally vary. We are not liable for any unintended content in AI-generated stories.

8. Limitation of Liability

Once Upon Their Name is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 3 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
